Heatlift SG is a steam generation high-temperature heat pump specially engineered for industrial and district heating applications aimed at decarbonizing steam generation by upcycling process waste heat.
This heat pump captures low-grade heat from cooling loops, humid air, process condensation, flue gases or ambient sources, and raises it to produce steam using in-house manufactured centrifugal compressors and a safe and environmentally friendly refrigerant.
The generated steam integrates seamlessly into existing process infrastructure for drying, heating, evaporation or sterilization and can be recompressed to reach up to 20 barA and more than 200°C.
