Olivier Le Bourhis
Graduate engineer from the Université de Technologie de Compiègne, with 30 years of experience in oil, gas, and industry. Expert in turbomachinery and gas compression systems, leading major projects throughout their lifecycle. Since 2022, focused on developing very high temperature heat pumps to improve energy efficiency and decarbonize industry.
Aldo Serafino
PhD in mechanical engineering, specializing in turbomachinery, with over 15 years in the energy sector. Expert in organic Rankine cycles first at Exergy and then Enertime. Experienced in R&D, engineering, and management of complex international projects. Committed to building a sustainable future for next generations.
Evgueni Touliankine
Energy engineer from Centrale Nantes and Universidad Politécnica de Valencia. 15 years of expertise in designing thermodynamic systems, specializing in Industrial Heat Pumps and organic Rankine cycles. Combines technical skills with sales and international experience to deliver optimized solutions.
Michel Beaughon
Graduate from X-Polytechnique-Mines with a PhD in thermodynamics. 6 years of experience in heat recovery. Currently leads Heatlift's Research & Development activities, developing innovative solutions for a more sustainable industrial future.
Matthieu Doulet
Graduate engineer from École des Mines de Paris with 8 years of experience in thermal machinery engineering. Expert in project management and coordination, from technical proposals to commissioning. Focused on process optimization and comprehensive project delivery.
